Why this bean
Founded by two generations working hand in hand, the micro mill was born from a desire to add value to their own harvest and become more involved in the national coffee culture. Their farms, División and Los Alpes, span 22 hectares between 1,450 and 2,000 meters above sea level and host more than 100,000 coffee plants.
