Why this bean

This Fine Robusta won first place at the Southeast Asia Green Coffee Competition, which brought together entries from 10 countries. Taking the top spot with a score of 86.68, it is a point of pride for Vietnamese Fine Robusta, processed with the Mosto Natural method by producers Đạm Coffee and Every Half. The coffee is grown and harvested by three partnered farming households: the families of Cô Phượng & Chú Hải, Chú Tí, and Chú Cường. Carrying the distinctive flavours of ripe, juicy fruit with a balance of brightness and a long-lasting sweetness, this is a whole new experience of Fine Robusta that’s well worth a try. Roasted light, it’s perfectly suited for hand brewing.
