Why this bean

We're growing to love the profile of the naturals that come from Fredy Orantes' farm. This Gesha is surprisingly good for Guatemala - whilst it's not on the more floral end of the cultivar expression, it's suuuuper sweet and fruity and absolutely hitting the mark.
