The coffee goes through multiple stages of fermentation, washing, and soaking before drying—a process that helps preserve the clarity and vibrant acidity Kenyan coffees are known for. It’s been a while since we had a Kenya on our filter menu, and honestly, it’s one of my personal favourites.
