Why this bean

Orange Bourbon from Sitio Hartwel in Itogon, Benguet, lot P82, a natural with carbonic maceration. Cacao nibs and honeydew up front, liquorice and pink guava through the middle, root beer and melon as it cools. 2024 harvest.
