Sugarcane-decaffeinated Pink Bourbon from Wilton Benitez's Granja Paraiso 92 in Piendamó, Cauca, at 1,900 metres, inoculated before decaf and roasted by September. Rose water, sorbet, brown sugar: a decaf that still tastes like a Pink Bourbon.
