Why this bean

Yellow honey SL28 and SL34 from Ngacha Estate in Kenya, roasted by Tanat. A family farm since 1954, now run by second-generation Martin Muriuki. Most Kenyan lots are washed; this one keeps some fruit on the bean as it dries.
