Clean coffees are clear and bright, with a clean finish.
Why this bean
Refined and fragrant, this washed Red Bourbon gives a gentle cocoa aroma lifted by fresh citrus. The cup feels polished and clean, with camachile sweetness, macopa brightness, and a crisp calamansi finish that keeps the profile light on its feet.
