Why this bean

A sweet coffee from the Los Rodriguez family in Bolivia. This Java Natural from their Waliki farm in Caranavi runs through a drying method specific to their farm, called coco natural (nothing to do with coconut). In the cup: vanilla, stewed cherries, brown sugar, and an edge of booze on the finish.
