Center Coffee is a Seoul specialty roaster and cafe founded by Sang-ho Park — 2013 UK Brewers Cup champion, 2015 Coffee in Good Spirits champion, and former Head of Quality at London's Square Mile Coffee Roasters. Three locations across Seongdong, Myeongdong, and Samseong serve filter coffee with origin and brew details on a small printed card alongside every cup.
