Why this bean
This Caturra lot undergoes a unique “Nitro Washed” process. After depulping, the coffee is fermented in a sealed bioreactor with coffee pulp juice and watermelon, while nitrogen is injected under carefully controlled temperature, pH, and Brix levels.
