NEW in Jan 2025 Colombia Tolima El Vergel We have received a new process coffee from El Vegel Farm, a past winner of the Cup of Excellence. The process involves anaerobic fermentation for 84 hours in a low-temperature environment, with stirring using a special machine every 12 hours.
