Why this bean

Eventually, he built a small drying station in Ela Telicha to process naturals and honeys. This lot, from his own small 2.5 hectare farm sitting at 2100masl, was specially separated and processed as a black honey, with cherries being picked at peak ripeness in the later part of the season.
