North Sumatra Catimor from Johan Kwe (1,300–1,600 MASL, cupping 85.5) — melon co-fermentation on a wet-hulled base. Melon-milk sweetness over spice and black tea, brown-sugar and hazelnut finish. Filter, light roast.
