Why this bean
Founded by Joseph Brodsky in 2009 on former cattle farming land, the estate was painstakingly reforested before Ethiopian Gesha trees were planted beneath the forest canopy. The result is a growing environment that mirrors the natural conditions of Gesha's Ethiopian origins, producing coffees of extraordinary clarity and complexity.
