Why this bean

From Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, this Pink Bourbon is sourced from Finca El Mirador, a six-hectare farm owned and managed by Reinel Cerón and his family. The farm is graced with abundant cool evenings, warm days, and rich soilsthat support coffee cherry growth.
