Clean coffees are clear and bright, with a clean finish.

Why this bean

Washed Pink Bourbon from El Purutal in San Agustin, Huila. Gooseberry and lime lead, orange and green apple behind them, honey holding the middle. Acidity is the point, and the wash keeps it legible.
