Reinaldo Chilito's lots come from El Purutal in San Agustín, Huila, with one from Circasia in Quindío. Pink Bourbon and gesha, fermented long: one bag runs forty-eight hours anaerobic, then seventy-two in mosto, before drying in cherry.
