It's processed at Alo Coffee's Gute station , one of the company's eight processing stations (which also include Main, Chilaka, and Hatessa in Bensa; Morke in Bura; and Mewa and Hurro in Nensebo). Like the rest of the Alo Coffee portfolio, it's overseen by founder Tamiru Tadesse , who has built out this network of stations to process cherries close to where they're grown for maximum freshness.
