El Union Coffee is a specialty roastery and cafe founded in 2013 by Kiddo and Amy Cosio in San Juan, La Union — the surf town north of Manila. They source from Filipino growers across Cordillera, Ilocos, and Mindanao and roast weekly at their Urbiztondo facility.
