Paraíso 92 Pink Bourbon comes from Granja Paraíso 92 in Piendamó, Cauca, Colombia, produced by Wilton Benítez. Grown at around 1,960 MASL, this lot uses Pink Bourbon and undergoes a controlled double fermentation followed by a washed process, creating a cup that is both expressive and clean.
