Why this bean

For the moment you want to exhale. Washed Antigua from Finca San Francisco at 1,800 m, the lot the mill manager named first when asked what was best that year. A long, cacao-like bitterness and a brown sugar sweetness that stays through the finish. Medium-dark roast.
