Luzon Coffee Company grows organic, rainforest-grown specialty Arabica with indigenous communities in Nueva Vizcaya at 1,500 masl, drying and processing at its Antipolo, Rizal centre. The lab also runs 'Biotech Luwak' — a Kluyveromyces-inoculated anaerobic fermentation that reverse-engineers traditional civet-coffee chemistry without the animal.
