Fifty-nine coffee roasters poured at Ayala Malls Circuit over the first weekend of September, and the part of that weekend still standing is a catalog. We walked the exhibitor list bag by bag: the cellar now carries all 30 Philippine exhibitors and 20 of the 29 internationals, and 9 roasters hold a permanent Cascara listing that did not exist before this festival. This is the record, and what you can still order from it.

One of them came off a label
Diggy Doo's, out of Sydney, has no online catalog to read — their store sells a single roaster's-pick mystery bag with no origin or process on it. Their two coffees are in the cellar because bags bought on the Circuit floor were transcribed off the packaging: a Black Diamond natural from Las Lajas in Costa Rica, and a Ugandan lot from Sipi Falls. Neither exists in any other database we know of.
What it was
Most coffee events in the Philippines are built by events companies and filled by whoever pays for a booth. Coffee Plz is built the other way around, organized from inside the specialty scene by the team behind Yardstick Coffee, with Standard Supply Studios, EightyPlus Coffee and the Philippine Coffee Guild presenting the first edition in July 2025. The result reads less like an expo hall and more like a mixtape: a curated Bean Market of local roasters, a matcha lane, home-brew gear vendors, and live music running through the weekend.
The International Roasters Village is what nothing else in the calendar offers. Twenty-nine of the 2026 exhibitors came from outside the country, and the ones listed above had no Cascara entry at all before that weekend. That is why the ingest run went after the international side of the floor first.
The 2025 edition, at The Corner House in San Juan, ran two days with a 16-roaster Bean Market and hosted the Philippine AeroPress Championship; Bodega Coffee Roasters took that title. The 2026 move to Circuit Makati bought the festival three days and a 10 AM to 10 PM window without turning it into the big-hall format it was an alternative to.
Dates for the next edition have not been announced. The organizers publish them at @coffeeplz.world.

Did Coffee Plz 2026 already happen?
Yes. It ran September 4, 5 and 6, 2026 — Friday to Sunday, 10 AM to 10 PM — at Ayala Malls Circuit in Makati, the Ayala estate on the old Sta. Ana racetrack grounds along A.P. Reyes Avenue. Dates for the next edition have not been announced. The organizers post them on Instagram at @coffeeplz.world.
How many roasters were at Coffee Plz 2026?
59 coffee roasters, 30 of them Philippine and 29 from outside the country. That count is ours: we worked the exhibitor list roaster by roaster on September 5 and 6 to bring the floor into the Cascara catalog, and the cellar now covers all 30 Philippine exhibitors and 20 of the 29 internationals. The nine still uncovered either sell wholesale only or have no online catalog to read.
Can I still buy coffee from the roasters that poured there?
From most of them. The Philippine exhibitors ship year-round, and the international side is where the festival changed the catalog: nine roasters had no Cascara listing before Coffee Plz and have a permanent one now, each with its current lineup. The list on this page is read live from the cellar, so it reflects what those roasters actually have on the shelf rather than what they poured in September.
What is Coffee Plz?
A roaster-run coffee and matcha festival that debuted at The Corner House in San Juan in July 2025, put together from inside the specialty scene rather than by an events company — the team behind Yardstick Coffee, with Standard Supply Studios, EightyPlus Coffee and the Philippine Coffee Guild presenting the first edition. That edition ran a Bean Market of 16 local roasters, an International Roasters Village, a matcha lane, home-brew equipment vendors, live music, and the Philippine AeroPress Championship, which Bodega Coffee Roasters won.
Which international roasters came in 2026?
29 of the 59 exhibitors were from outside the Philippines. Nine of those are new to the Cascara catalog because of this festival, spanning Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Australia — they are listed above with their current bean counts. Before that weekend, none of the nine had a Cascara entry at all.
How was Coffee Plz different from the Manila Coffee Festival or the Philippine Coffee Expo?
Posture. The Philippine Coffee Expo in June is trade-leaning, and the PCQC judging and green-coffee auction run inside it. Manila Coffee Festival in July is a large consumer event. Coffee Plz is curated by roasters — a tighter Bean Market instead of a hall of paid booths, and international guests the bigger events do not carry. It also closes the Manila coffee calendar, coming months after the June-July cluster.
